Getting your computer repaired is easy with our straightforward process
Step 1
Book an Appointment
Schedule an appointment to bring your device(s) in or schedule an On-Site appointment and we can come to you.
If you choose an On-Site visit then there is a small travel fee.
Step 2
Free Diagnostics
We will provide you a Free Technical Assessment and give you a price quote for the repairs/services.
We will give a flat-rate price for the repairs/services. We don’t charge by the hour.
Step 3
Repairs/Services
If you agree to proceed after the Free Technical Assessment, then we will perform the repairs/services.
We will not perform any repairs/services without the OK from you to proceed.
Step 4
Completed/Pickup
If you brought the device(s) in to us we will give you a call once the repairs/services are completed to schedule a time for pickup.
If we are On-Site (your premises), then we will let you know once the repairs/services have been completed and see if you have any questions before we leave.
