Because we stand by our promise to return to you a fully functional computer, we offer a 30-Day Limited Service Warranty. Computer repair warranty claims will only be authorized if the computer displays the exact symptom and problem originally described when the repair was requested. If the same problem originally reported to us occurs during normal usage within 30 days after we repair it-we will repair it for free.
